The pork egg food young had hardly any gravy on it. The chicken sweet and sour was so hard and tasted old. The rice was good. The egg roll was over fried.

Don’t let anyone fool you about this place. This place has the BEST CHINESE FOOD IN TOWN!!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would recommend eating INSIDE so you can get your food SUPER HOT and FRESH! I feel like any not great review on here was possibly a takeout order. Eat inside next time… The takeout is good as well. I’ve never had a problem with 🥡 takeout food 🍲 from here. The takeout has always been AMAZING but nothing beats eating inside of Mandarin House and getting your food hot and fresh. Make sure to TIP these ladies well. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic Chinese food establishment in town like Mandarin house. Their food is the best. The photos speak for themselves!!! Keep up the great work ladies and Chef at Mandarin house. Your restaurant is my FAVORITE restaurant around. The Chef at Mandarin House cooks such hot and delicious and consistently EXCELLENT food every time we go and the lady servers are so nice and friendly.

If you’re craving that nostalgic, old-school American Chinese restaurant experience, Mandarin House absolutely delivers. We were looking for a traditional sit-down Chinese restaurant in the Parma area, and this exceeded every expectation. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and inviting, with that classic neighborhood Chinese restaurant feel that’s becoming harder to find. We started with bubble tea, which was delicious, although quite sweet. Next time I’ll probably ask if they can make it a little less sweet. They also serve a traditional pot of hot Chinese tea, which was the perfect complement to the meal. The soups were the standout. The Hot & Sour Soup was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It had a beautifully balanced, bright flavor with fresh mushrooms, silky egg, and a rich, savory broth that was incredibly satisfying. It was truly crave-worthy. My son ordered the Wonton Soup, and the broth was equally impressive—deep, rich flavor without being overly salty, topped with fresh green onions and perfectly cooked wontons. A quiet place to get some good food. I noticed most people were getting carry out, but a couple of the tables were occupied. The waitress was very nice and attentive. She was always checking on us. The menu has a nice selection to choose from. I got the sweet and sour chicken and wonton soup. The food was great and the prices are outstanding. I will definitely be back.

Ignore the nonsense negative reviews. (No sauce and its dry? Drove 30 mins home and it's not hot? Really?) I lived in Parma for 4 years and the ONLY restaurant I could depend on for consistency 100% of the time, big chain or local, was Mandarin House. The food was always incredible, no matter what we got. The friendly women who work here go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and we always were. I live a 7 hour drive away now and there are STILL nights I wish I could run up the street and get more of the best chicken fried rice I've ever had. Out of every similar place in Parma, this is the one. Order your favorite combo, get it when they say it's ready (10 mins means 10 mins!!) And enjoy the best comfort food of your week.
